Life Style and Health in Adolescents
Life style refers to a specific way of living. It includes both day-to-day activities and attitudes. Lifestyle is formed in a particular cultural and political context. However, a new definition of lifestyle is becoming increasingly common in the wake of social media, which provides unprecedented visibility to individual consumers. This study examines the association between life-style behaviors and health outcomes in adolescents. A sample of 363 Mexican adolescents, ages 18-25, was examined.
