商業登記
上級登記主管機關應當在收到覆議申請之日起30日內作出覆議決定。 兩個以上企業向不同登記主管機關申請相同的企業名稱，登記主管機關依照受理在先原則核定。 屬於同一天受理的，應當由企業協商解決；協商不成的，由各該登記主管機關報共同的上級登記主管機關作出裁決。 企業名稱的轉讓方與受讓方應當簽訂書面合同或者協議，報原登記主管機關核准。 保留期屆滿不辦理企業開業登記的，其企業名稱自動失效，企業應當在期限屆滿之日起十日內將《企業名稱登記證書》交回登記主管機關。
