I really enjoy SimplySarc's videos about his discoveries of weird tricks and hacks in Minecraft and how they work.
They can stop working after Jeb and his gang update the game. But they are so clever and he explains everything so clearly that I don't mind if I don't often have them working!

You can design your own blocks inside the game!
One of the most recent SimplySarc discoveries is creating your own custom blocks without the necessity of texture packs, all within vanilla Java Minecraft! It's complicated and requires many theories but it's a good idea.
"It's cool because who wouldn't have thought of adding their own blocks to the game?! Boasted It works similarly to how banners and shields work which means you'll have several 'layers' which you can alter the texture and color of. Then, you can lay them on top of each other to create a different.
