3.協助業主選擇裝修材料，以統合室內整體風格設計，營造舒適居家。 4.規劃相關機電與消防系統，使業主居住更便利、安全且合法。
衣櫃內小物的收納，使用無印良品的鋼架做收納，可以依自己的需要搭配活動式抽屜或是加減層板數量，隨時調整空間，使用上非常方便。 大木家的客廳並沒有選擇訂製款的收納系統櫃，而是選擇市面上販售的既有家具，方便移動的推車也是機動性高的收納選擇。 並沒有規劃壁櫃，而是設置了簡單的收納用檯面，雖然是4人家庭，但冰箱的尺寸相對並不是太大，如此一來，可以避免過度採購以及可能的食物浪費。 為此，在規劃居家空間的時候，首先必須檢視手邊的物品種類和數量。 包括必需品、因為興趣而收集擁有的物品、大致把握各類物件的數量，才便於進行後續的收納規劃。 在決定了收納位置之後，如果又想要購買新的物品，也必須同樣要確定「有地方可以放」才能入手。
