Bad strategy is the main reason that most blackjack players lose. It is important to pay attention to the dealer when you deal the cards. Also, you should always have a clear goal of what you want to accomplish.

Scenario: You are casino Affiliate 'C' player, with the minimum bet. Take the third hand and get the cards you need to play the rank. Basic strategy: You have 9 outs for straights and 10 for flushes. The exception is when the turn turns it into a (numbers 2 through 9), in this case, you have only 9 outs. This means that you have 9 outs in order to make your flush, 9 outs in order to make your straight. You do not, however, have an out to make a (numbers 10 to 12), so you have only 9 outs. With the pair and an ace, you will only have 15 outs, so you will always lose. Because the odds of losing are worse than those for even money, the house advantage is higher than 0.50 percent.
