Quintus was staying at the house of Salvius through the whole winter. He often visited the palace, openly invited by King Cogidubnus. Quintus told many stories about his sweet life, because the king always wanted to hear something new. When spring approached, Cogidubnus fell into a serious illness. Many doctors, who visit the palace, search for a cure for the illness. However the illness grew worse. The King and Quintus and Salvius searched for advice about a cure. "My Quintus," he said, "you are a man of great sense. I want you to give me advice. Should I go to the secret fountain. "Where is this fountain?" asked Quintus. "It is in the town of Aquae Sulis," responded Cogidubnus. "Many invalids, who drink water from this fountain, recover after. An architect, sent by the romans, to build a large bath here. Near the baths, stands the temple of the Goddess Sulis, having been built by my craftsman. I often honor this goddess: perhaps this goddess will be able to heal. Salvius, you are a great shrewdness; I want you to consult with me. What should I do?" "You are a wise man," he responded," It is better for you to make a will."
