Eyehategod Boxers
Metal band Sludge Eyehategod is among the most sought-after groups in this music genre. Their heavy and detuned guitar chords are mixed with walls of feedback and tortured vocals that create an intense sound.



Next spring will see the release of their sixth studio album from the NOLA Sludge-Metal legends. The record is titled A History of Nomadic Behavior and will be out on Century Media.

Eyehategod Boxers are a New Orleans Louisiana-based group that creates a sound that is described as "a union between Black Sabbath and Alice in Chains." Their songs blend heavy riffs and massive feedback and savage vocals, creating a brutal unkind and misanthropic sound. The lyrics are about encounters with law enforcement, drug abuse and other types of harm.


The band formed in 1988, and has released seven studio albums. Their latest, A History of Nomadic Behavior, is set for release in the spring of next year. In this release, they collaborated with Century Media and will tour North America supporting it along with GWAR or Napalm Death.


The band currently tours the southern region of the United States. They will perform back-to-back record release shows at Poor Boys, their hometown in New Orleans, on September 10th and 11th 2021.
