Saturday-on 2/4/23 I will do stretches which will be, Leg stretch, and arm stretch. Then I will vacuum the floors and clean my bathroom.
Sunday-on 2/5/23 I will pack my stuff for school in the morning put my KEY in my book bag, so I don't forget it.
Monday-on 2/6/23 I will get home after school study my notes/take notes, then I will make sure my room is not dirty, so I don't get in trouble. Then I will do my work out again.
Tuesday-on 2/7/23 I will get home study more notes, then I will clean the kitchen counters and wipe down the table. After that I will do my foot exercise and my regular exercise.
Wednesday-On 2/8/23 I will get home from school do homework if I have any. Then I will clean my bathroom again. After that I will do all my exercises/foot/body work out.
Thursday-On 2/9/23 I will get home do my work, vacuum the floors, do all my workouts/foot/body workout.
