I'll try to write an easy tutorial on how to make use of the letters notes that I've posted on this blog to create songs in Minecraft using Note Blocks.

First i'll suggest you to go through this video, the majority of the information you'll need to know it's available in it.

Notice that each "(-)" is a blank block space in Minecraft Note Block Studio. Unfortunately, Minecraft blocks are limited to two octaves, the whole 4th octave and parts of 3rd and 5th octaves. You won't be allowed to make songs with notes from more than three octaves. I used only the notes of the octave 4-notes to create my songs. I tried replacing octave 2 notes with octave 3, however Minecraft doesn't have the "f" note for octave 3...
The bottom line is that you should be creating only songs that are simple and make use of 1 or 2 octaves.
Once you're finished with the notes, you can go to File > Export as a Schematic.
Then then, use MCEdit to load the file into one of your game worlds. Watch the video I linked at the start of this article, to see exactly how to do it.
