Until december he worked for a company based in Boston.
The company was bought by a bigger customer and the new owner decided that they don't need the Swiss side of the business.
He already spoke to the major client in Swiss, they confirmed that they'll like to work with him and his colleagues.

Autotask and Datto is what they use today for PSA & RMM.
This client they're taking over is a Non-profit. They have 50 employees, 60 devices that they need to monitor. Headquarters are in Geneva, have a small office in India.
Looking to have 2 more clients. In total they will be monitoring 65 devices in the beginning. They'll have 60 contacts that they need to manage.

The main goal is to continue providing services to the client.
Application monitoring, end point security, basic things with PSA, RMM
Crictical things - Immediate support using Tickting system, using SuperOps.ai for it already. To be able to invoice the client.
Right now he has 2 months notice, he's providing services to the client on behalf of his current employer but he's going to move out once his notice period done.
Professional service cont
DNS management, Domain management for this client and possibly some Onboarding new devices.
He'll have a flat monthly fee and a fixed amount per device monthly, dns fixed fee monthly and AV fixed fee monthly per device, OS365, Azure, Ignite - any other application he'll be billing them a fixed monthly fee for it.

Different rates for different services for different clients. 4 Standard rates. 8-5 Mon-Fri. They can buy block hours, or billed by the hour. 3 clients have confirmed that they will sign up with him. Other individuals he will onboard.

At the beginning it's just going to be him taking care of everything. When he goes on holiday, he will have a partner and he will outsource to them when he's not available.
