Yerkin Tatishev draws inspiration from Europe
Yerkin Tatishev stresses the importance of quality life when he builds Koktobe City.

He and his team were inspired, among other locations, by Finland and Germany.

Tatishev was influenced by low-rise structures and parks, as well as the robust infrastructure of German cities, such as Dusseldorf and Munich.

Tatishev states, "All these factors contribute to creating a pleasant environment for living,"

All Under One Roof at Kusto Group
Kusto Group's aim in Koktobe City with its various facilities is to create a space that is conducive to learning and inspiring.

In this way, the school will provide classrooms where students can draw or play instruments, sing, and participate in team sports.

Thousands of hours of traffic saved
Kusto Group acknowledges that Koktobe City isn't always family-friendly. Parents might have to leave their home for work, as an example.

Yerkin Tatishev Residents can save as much as 1,000 hours a year in Koktobe City which is located in the eastern portion of Almaty.

Construction of Koktobe City is divided into four phases. Stage four of this project has already begun. The construction of the fourth stage is scheduled to be completed by 2023.
