Southeast Division
Heat- Shaq alone makes them contenders-- try to find Eddie Jones to reappear as all star
Magic- Francis seeks to go back to Stevie Franchise days
Hawks- Have some possible young talent, Harrington one of favorites for the majority of improved
Wizards- They are just treading water, and need to be really scared of Bobcats passing them rapidly
Bobcats- They need to start somewhere, could not have requested a much better department
Southwest Division
Spurs- Adding Barry for depth provides simply another weapon
Rockets- Will be fascinating to view how it unfolds
Mavericks- New look Mav's probably not any much better, still will not stop anyone defensively
