骨灰罈
紙紮 紙紮是從過去的陪葬「明器」演變而來，種類包括房屋、汽車、金山、銀山、電氣用品、日常生活用品及男女傭人等。 這些紙紮都是在出殯前一天的功德法會中焚燒，目的是要化給亡者在陰間使用。 紙紮是用竹篾為骨架，外表糊紙而成。 外燴 現在紙紮的使用，仍以南部為主要。 北部及中部大都簡化為用紙板印製折成，尺寸較小，種類較少，價格也便宜很多。 南部使用的傳統紙紮，主體是房屋，依房屋大小及豪華不同，價格也有差異。
陣頭陣頭種類很多，樂隊、花車、獅陣等，凡是在出殯隊伍前的陣頭都屬之。 陣頭一般不是喪家自己僱請，而是由出嫁的女兒或朋友出資聘請。
骨灰罐上的裝飾也有差異，現在有在外部刻有心經、蓋上鑲鑽等等的選擇。 至於什麼樣的骨灰罐對後代子孫較好。 一般來說，骨灰罐的選擇，是替往生者挑選一個適合場所。 所以材質本身對後代應較不會產生影響。 主要是罐上的刻字字數一定正確。
「楮敬」是供喪家買香燭銀紙於靈前焚燒使用。 對於來問喪弔唁的親友賓客，古時候喪家應於卒哭或除靈之後，分胙於弔者，即把祭拜用的肉分給來弔喪的親友享用。
臺灣民眾一般使用的骨灰罈製作材質，大部分是用天然玉石類車製而成，也有用陶瓷或琉璃製作。 應是隨各人喜好，但是價格則依材質的不同而有差異。
現今贈送輓聯者，通常為機關團體、政府官員、民意代表，或是有身分地位者。 奠儀奠儀古稱「賻贈」或「楮敬」。 「賻贈」是親友用金錢協助喪家殮葬（辦理喪事）的意思。 「楮敬」是以金錢供喪家買香燭銀紙於靈前焚燒使用。
