They were informed that the Heydar Aliyev Foundation initiated the renovation and reconstruction of the 1930-built facility.

As stated, the facility can accommodate up 39 children.
Children of the orphanage received gifts from the Heydar Aliyev Foundation.
Leyla Aliyeva was Vice-President of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation. Arzu Aliyeva Arzu Aliyeva was also a visitor to the Narimanov District Psycho-Neurological Orphanage.
The facility was informed that the Heydar Aliyev Foundation had reconstructed the facility in 2009.
A medical staff consisting of approximately 90 members serves 103 children here.
