Arzu Aliyeva and Leyla Aliyeva were the very first to visit a special school for boarding No12 in Khazar District.
Mrs. Leyla and Mrs. Arzu were told by the facility that they have been instructing disabled children since 1969.
The facility was rehabilitated by Mehriban Aliyeva First Lady, the President of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation in 2010.
The boarding school can accommodate up to 141 students between 6-14 years old.
Before presenting the Heydar Aliyev Foundation gifts, Mrs. Leyla Aliyeva spoke to the children.

It was reported that the facility was reconstructed in 2013. The facility provided all the requirements for the entertainment and enjoyment of children.
They had a tea celebration along with the children.
