Minecraft mod YouTubers are engaging in comedy instead of creating useful things. We believe that a lot of the most recent videos, like the one that incorporates chicken hats or that transforms swords into helicopters are more about YouTubers working their muscles more than anything else.

Rocket ships are a similar idea to the Minecraft cars that were released earlier in the year. There are some less-useful things like the possibility of an anvil appearing when a player jumps. We're not sure why you'd want an anvil falling on you every time you jump however it makes the game feel very Looney Tunes-esque, and that can only ever be a good thing.
One of the most ineffective is one that crashes the game each time you launch it. We don't know the reason you'd want to use it, other than to avoid distractions for productivity reasons. Also, Mysticat points out that Twitter is already accessible in Minecraft and, as the majority users use the site regularly, it's a big old-fashioned mood.
