Rami Beracha's suggestions are rooted on his personal experience. When he was a young man Rami was adamant about pursuing a law degree. He was unsure whether he was on the right route, but he pursued his law education, obtained an MBA in New York, then worked for an international law firm. He came to realize that he was a fan more in business than he did law while working for an Wall Street law firm. He decided to leave the firm and go to France for an MBA.

In 1996, after graduating, Beracha joined the Venture Capital Fund Pitango. It is the largest Israeli venture capital investment fund. Pitango is a partner for companies in the initial stages of development, with a focus on the core areas within the high-tech. Pitango has invested over 200 times and has made over 85 exits. Rami was appointed the managing partner in the year 2000. In the following 18 years, Pitango negotiated several deals that resulted in success in the exit of Fortune 500 companies like Broadcom, Marvel Cisco, Cisco, Apple, and Cisco.
It didn't end there. Globes awarded Beracha with the "Esteemed Partner", recognizing him for his role as an important investor. Rami initiated a new project named Sosa in the year 2014. Sosa has Innovation centers located in New York and Tel Aviv where they support innovative high-tech firms in working with international entrepreneurs who want to work with promising Israeli startups. Sosa was recently selected to oversee and develop New York City's cyber centre.

Although Rami Beracha seems to be success in every endeavor he's pursued but it wasn't always that simple. Beracha joined army as an untrained young man, as the majority of Israelis. He was a soldier in the Paratrooper's Brigade and fought through the Lebanon War. In 1983, just after the war, Rami was part of a rescue party sent to assist wounded soldiers who were trapped in a minefield. Rami was swept into a buried mine, and lost both his foot and his hand.

The hospitalization he had to endure was among his most challenging experiences. He was unable to move and fell into depression and despair. All of his dreams to further his career in the army seemed lost , and he did not know who or what he was. Rami recovered from his suffering and found the motivation to continue living even if it meant he had to give the dream of his life. Rami made a decision to live a life that was better and more enjoyable than it was prior to the injuries. Rami played with a variety of extreme sports. He now enjoys kitesurfing, snowboarding, and has even completed a hike on Mount Kilimanjaro. While he works to better himself, he often feels as if his old self who was never wounded is racing him and forcing him to go further.

Rami donates to and participates in numerous organisations and is dedicated to helping young soldiers, just like him, get injured during combat. Rami was part of a group of wounded soldiers to Nepal in the year 2016, and was given the rank of major. He rose to the rank major in the Israeli paratrooper/fire brigades army in 2018. He was able to fulfill his childhood goals despite the obstacles. His story and passion are a true inspiration to others. Rami did not allow the injuries to deter him; he continued learning and experimenting until he became stronger than ever before.
