The biggest error we make is always assuming complete alignment in expectations on both sides. We don't try to read our partner's thoughts to find out what his expectations are. We're usually fully in agreement with our partner except for one thing that he does not miss an opportunity to increase the gap in expectations . No one is there to warn us about the coming confrontation.
There are a variety of reasons that lead to miscommunications, and most of them have to do with our personality. Squared personalities are more likely than those with liberal personalities to miscommunicate, and individuals who are aggressive may have difficulty aligning expectations with passive. It is simple to recognize: We all know what the word "squared" signifies.
What if they're very different? They'll never be aware of it. Imagine that there's a type of personality gap that exists, but which we don't know about. Nobody has ever traced it or warned about it, or investigated it...NOT even been frightened! !

Be aware that this is not a form of behavior guidance. After reading the following analysis, try and discover which persona best represents your personality. At the same time, try to figure the person who your partner in real life is. You may be surprised to discover that your personalities differ. Like Bono sang, "we are one, but we're not the same." It's a positive sign since it could mean you have discovered the cause of of your divergences. We humans are divided into two categories. We can be divided into two groups: some are self-contained, while others feel completely at ease in their own space. He does want to connect with other people and, yes, he is always looking for someone to share his life with. Absolutely! All true! ... He can still survive without his ideal partner. If he can find the right one then he'll be able to enjoy the rest of his life with his complete circle of companions.

Half-a-circle people make up the other half of the human race. They are not going to let go of the savage creature after they have found it. They will work to physically join their victim to create one happy circle. The Halves will not relinquish their desire to gaze at each at each other from a distance that is zero for the rest. It is impossible for them to feel more intimate than that.
A fascinating observation about the two types: the decision to let go of a partner. The full circle is likely to release themselves quickly from the person he has lost his chemistry with. On the other hand the 'half-acircle' types will alter the definition of chemistry between two people to be - "I am holding onto this B..ST..RD., until I am able to replace him with a new upgrade."
Imagine the incredible dance that occurs when two "half circle" and a "full-circle" attempt to make each other, and not even noticing their differing geometries. The Half smiles and moves two steps ahead. The Full finds the unwelcome intrusion somewhat frightening. So he fixes this zone-invasion-problem by making a gentle step backward. He pushed the Half out of his comfortable zone . Although the Half thinks that the Full was innocent and made a mistake, and graciously compensated by taking another step ahead, the Half is more concerned and begins to get angry. They can understand the reason, but since they don't have the right language, they aren't able to adequately explain their rage and go to the wrong directions. It would have saved their lives if they knew the difference between half and full.
There isn't one conclusion to this essay but there are a few action items:
1. Discover who you are
2. Find out more about your partner
3. Be aware of the difference.
3. Respect this difference!
