Venture Capital and Thoughts, Much Less - Ramiberacha

Rami Beracha's blog about the venture capital market. Rami is co-founder and CEO at Sosa.
The issue of miscommunication is very serious. It is a minefield caused by us. It starts a second after making the first contact with someone and comes to an end with a stunning explosion...
The biggest error we make is that, with no good reason, we almost always assume complete alignment in both sides' expectations without trying to discern our partner's brain to understand what his expectations of us are. But there's one thing that we almost always are in agreement on: he won't ignore an opportunity ....to expand the expectations gap. We're not notified by anyone.
Rami Beracha
There are numerous reasons that could lead to miscommunications. People with square personalities are more likely to miscommunicate with people of a liberal mindset, and individuals who are aggressive will have difficult to align expectations with those of passive people. This is easy to spot: we all know what squared is.
What if they were totally different? Imagine to yourself that there exists a sort of a personality gap that exists but that we are not aware of. Nobody has ever noticed it, warned others about it, or investigated it...NOT REFUSE! !
Ladies and gentlemen let me present to you the different personality types The FULL and HALF CIRCLE personality! !
Rami Beracha
Be aware that this is not a form of the guidance for your behavior. After you've read the analysis, you should try to discover which persona best represents your personality. In addition, try to figure who your partner in real life is. If you discover you are two different people - as Bono sings, "we can be one but not exactly the same" If you do, then you ought to be extremely happy because you may have identified the reason behind the differences between you. If you're the same like me, I'm sorry, but I'm not able to help you understand why your relationships seem awfully terrible.
Here we are...
Two categories of human beings can be classified as being human. Some people are 'full-circle' who are a self-contained person who is completely at home being all by himself. Yes, he does need the support of a partner. Absolutely! All true ... However, he will have to live without his dream partner until he finds one. He will continue to live his life in a relationship with his new partner once they find one.
The "half a circle" individuals on the opposite side are those who need a partner. When they find the miserable animal, they do not let them go! They'll work to physically integrate their victim in a happy circle. They will not compromise their desire to be capable of looking at each other for the rest their lives. Nothing less intimate can satisfy their urge to integrate with one another and form an entire.
Rami Beracha
One interesting difference between the two is the choice to end a relationship. Someone who has lost chemistry with the full circle will be dismissed in a natural way by the entire circle. The half-circle types however, will redefine the definition of having chemistry mutually with their companions as 'I'm keeping this B..ST..RD, , until I can replace him with a proper upgrade'.
Imagine the incredible dance that occurs when a "half" and "full" circle try to be their partners. They're not aware of their different perspectives. The Half takes two leaps forward, well beyond the comfort zone of his Full, who thinks the sudden intrusion into his personal space a little too frightening. So he fixes this zone-invasion-problem by making a gentle step backward. The problem is that he has stepped out of his comfortable zone .... and as the Half was sure the Full had made an innocent error The Half starts to get frustrated and takes another step in the opposite direction. They are aware of the reason, but due to in the absence of a proper term and the inability to properly describe their plight and turn towards the wrong directions! They could have saved their own lives knowing that one is Half and the other is Full.
While there is no one conclusion, there are a variety of actions that can be taken.
Rami Beracha
1. Discover who you are
2. Find out who your real partner is
3. There is a distinction.
Rami Beracha
3. Respect that difference!
One of the conclusions is to live and enjoy life.
