someone in some places wants someone to live their own lives and doesnt want to do anything if they are doing less than ok and others to do the same
society you do if you keep up or society does on their own if they do
someone can what they keep up with another if society does not with them
then you have a crime only if reported
some societies is the worst, like canada, they are not a crime if unreported, and they are rarely reported
then society is better off for them somewhere else
they are unable to / do not communicate for themself
they only adapted by speaking what others speak
by another group sees someone for the same as before, by mistake they see themself for the same and as they say the same they see some not for the same
someone generations ago overly civilized them for many things like the most progressed
the soviet union is a disaster. but the americans who saw for them are overly meddlesome. they are what they are and where they are will get to anywhere else on their own themself.
whoever has plans to change someone has not had the realization that they have become someone who doesnt see theirs or others the same how they have theirs
they are uncivilized
the difference to do with someone after civilization,
they are the ones there are:
the insane, corruption, autocracy
all the mistakes that are in and by the same language in a society are by the same not having the same differences there are of themself and others
they do not realize others do the same as them and others do not do the same as them
insanity, corruption, and autocratic tendency is always a missing communication to some to show and tell them what they are doing, what they are missing
the school programs and tv programs in the last 100 years does not have any of these messages enough even causing more and worse of these
civilization is always a choice of no civilization

or it would be destroyed
