Avanos Medical On March 21 2022, Avanos Medical issued a field correction notice to customers who had used the devices between January 2021 to January 2022. These instructions were included in the notification:
Check the positioning of nasogastric and Nasoenteric tubes in accordance with institutional guidelines.
Include the field correction notice concerning the problem to the operator's guide.
Avanos Med will require that you return the acknowledgment sheet that was sent with your emailed notice.
