Frozia is an Italian gelato parlor located on the outskirts of Naples, Italy. As an upcoming group, we want to ensure our community is a welcoming and positive space for everyone. At Frozia, our main goal is to prioritize customer satisfaction. We work hard to ensure our staff are always working diligently to provide you with fresh, tasty, and unforgettable gelato and memories to last a lifetime.
Our Development Team is made up of the ones who make our visions into reality - by working hard every day to contract the establishments that make of Frozia. With builders, scripters, modelers, UI designers, and more, the team works together to compose new and engaging games for our community to enjoy. This Handbook is dedicated to help guide our current developers on how to efficiently and successfully work at Frozia, while listing the different positions that we need in our team. We hope you find this guide informative and suited to all of your questions with our development.

This Code of Conduct briefly goes over the expectations required by all developers of Frozia and the conditions implemented upon hiring a new team member. All incoming developers are required to read and abide by the guidelines subsequent. This Code of Conduct may be changed at any time, at the discretion of the Chairwoman.
*I. Hiring Process*
The process in which a Developer is hired will be as followed:
* Initial Consultation
* Project Overview
* Developer Background Check
* Team Acceptance
* Initial Up-Front Payment _(if needed - no more than 50%)_
