With the goal of obtaining the position of Healthcare Assistant at Good Hope Hospital, I have submitted my application to the NHS. This desire has evolved over the course of my life for a variety of reasons, primarily among them being my understanding of and direct experience with the importance of professional assistance in the healthcare field. I'd be thrilled to have the chance to work with a service that helps people and saves lives. The vital assistance that many of my friends and family members received, as well as how crucial professional help is for recovery, sparked my interest in a career in healthcare. I understand the importance of maintaining patient dignity throughout their sickness, regardless of confidentiality.

In addition to these abilities, I have completed several e-Learning training courses, such as Clinical Data Sharing Policy, Gifts and Hospitality, Slips, Trips and Falls, Effective Communication, Protecting Information, DSE, Fire Safety, Equality & Diversity In The Workplace, Information Security Training, Whistleblowing, Manual Handling, Data Protection, Conflicts of Interest, COSHH, Code of Ethics, Code of Conduct, Clinical Data Sharing, Bribery, Corruption and Fraud Prevention.

I have acquired a variety of talents and experiences via my education, employment, and daily life, which makes me a strong contender for the role. I have a lot of valuable skills from my prior experience that I can apply to a career in healthcare. I understand public healthcare is a vital and integral part of society and I would love to be a part of that. In addition, I have had some personal experiences. For instance, recently a family member attempted to take their own life. Fortunately, I was able to control my emotions and comfort them and reassure them that everything will be okay. Presently, with my continuous support, they are on the road to recovery. Moreover, the tension of that day finally reached another relative, and they fainted and lost consciousness. I undoubtedly placed them in the recovery position, where they quickly recovered while the ambulance was on the way.

Even though these experiences made an impact on my emotions at the time, this has provided me with strength to become a mentally and physically strong individual and have entrenched a strong desire to make a difference in people's lives while also being intellectually engaged and challenged by a profession in medicine.
I am excited to begin a career in human healthcare so that I may receive the education required to develop into a well-rounded and assured HCA who can handle the numerous obstacles of providing medical treatment in a busy environment.
