'Made in....Earth' - Rami Beracha

Rami Beracha created this blog to explore the world of venture capital. Rami Beracha is co-founder of Sosa.
Miscommunication is a big problem. It could be a dangerous hazard, which is our mistake. It begins seconds after our first contact with someone and concludes with an amazing explosion...
Rami Beracha
Our biggest error is always believing that there is complete alignment in expectations for both sides. We don't try to get inside our partner's thoughts to find out what his expectations are. However, there is one thing we can almost always agree on: he doesn't ignore the chance ....to increase the expectations gap. There's nobody to inform us of the coming conflict.
רמי ברכה
There are many possible sources of miscommunication. Most are due to the differences in our personalities. The squared personality is more likely than liberal individuals to be misinformed, while people who are aggressive might have difficulties aligning expectations with passive. It is simple to recognize the difference between squared from liberal, while aggressive is a distinct thing from passive.
What if they were different? You can imagine that there an in-between between them yet we do not know about it. No one has ever discovered it or warned about it, studied it...NOT EVEN FREUD! !
Ladies and gentlemen! Let me introduce you to a new personality type that we all share. The FULL CIRCLE personalities differ from the half CLIRCLE personalities. !
Note : This is a behavioral guidance. After you've read the analysis, try to determine which type of you are the most like in your character. Also look for who your partner in real life. If you find that you're of two different kinds, then you should be satisfied. It could be the reason behind many of your differences. If you're the same as me, I'm sorry to say that I'm unable to help you understand why your relationships appear to be awfully poor.
Rami Beracha
And here we go...
Humans are divided into two groups. There are two types of humans: the 'full circle' type, who is self-contained and completely comfortable in their own space. Sure, he would like to partner with others and, the truth is, he's always on the lookout for someone to share his life with. Absolutely! All true ... However, he'll never be able to live without the right partner. He will live his life with his new partner once he finds one.

The other group is those who are "half-acircle" kinds. Once they've found the terrible creature, they will not give up! To create a joyful circle, they will nearly join with their victim... however, don't let them do this thing of living together! The Halves will not relinquish their desire to gaze at each one from a distance that is zero for the rest of their lives. Their desire to become one with their other half and create a whole will only be fulfilled by an intimate relationship.
An interesting observation among the different types is how they decide to part ways with their partners. The full circle is likely to release themselves quickly from the person he has lost the chemistry of. Half-circles, however redefine the term 'having mutual chemistry with their partner is referring to - 'I'm keeping this B..ST..RD until I am able replace them with a suitable upgrade'.
Imagine the incredible dance between a "half-a circle" and a full-circle. So he fixes this zone-invasion-problem by making a gentle step backward. Only problem is that by taking the Half out of his comfortable zone. When .... The Half is convinced that the Full made an innocent mistake. When he kindly compensate with another step forward, the Full becomes angry and make another, bigger step to the back.. The Half starts to think that there is something sinister about what is going on this time and his next move is not gentle at all.. the Full.. The Half.. the Full and the half are irritated with the other. They are aware of the reason, but due to the lack of proper language and the inability to properly describe their agony and they turn towards the wrong directions! If they had known that one half is a Half and the other one is Full, it could have saved their lives ...
רמי ברכה
There isn't a single conclusion to this essay but there are some action items:
1. Find out more about who are.
2. Find out who you are with
Rami Beracha
3. There's a difference.
3. Respect that difference!
One conclusion could be drawn: Live and let live.
