We understand your concern about the refund for your order 'OD327074741725713100'.
We would like to let you know that as we check and found your order already has been delivered to you and after that you have already returned the product and refund has been initiated for that product.
We'd like to confirm that the seller has refunded ₹842 to your original payment source on January 27, 2023 with the reference number: '302735634796' and this amount should have been credited by now
We'd like to confirm that the seller has refunded ₹5 to your Flipkart wallet on January 27, 2023 and this amount should have been credited by now

Also, we see that your email address is not updated on your Flipkart account.
Due to this, we are unable to send important order or refund related updates to you via an email.
Updating your email address is really easy and takes very little time.
Let us help you with the steps:
1) Log in to your account
2) Click 'Edit' and enter your new email address
3) A verification code will be sent to your new email address which is valid only for 10 minutes from the time it is sent to you. If you're doing it from our app or Msite, you have to enter your Flipkart account's password along with the OTP
4) Enter it in the text box and click 'Save Changes'
That's it! Your email address will be updated and you can continue using your Flipkart account.
In case the amount has not been credited, please contact your bank’s customer care using the number mentioned on the back of your card. If they are unable to help, you may raise a dispute with the bank's grievance cell.
