as soon as you sign in to the app, can you navigate to the activation entry point by selecting the Account icon from the top-left corner of the Overview tab on the Xfinity app and then select Activate xFi Gateway or Modem under the Devices section. all good _______? thats good to know!

did the next instruction ask you to scan on a QR that indicates over your phone? could you please scan that one please? is your gateway spotted in an active area? did the coax cable already inserted on your gateway? if not can you please connect that one so we could know what color if your gateway is now blinking. all set? ________, PERFECT! now please check your modem if you could see any solid or blinking white at the top of your gateway? wow! AWESOME! we did a great job because that a good sign that we already activated your gateway, now could you please Select Ready to Go! to continue.

Now that your Gateway is powered up, select Check Connection to check if your cable outlet is active.
you can now proceed with personalizing your home WiFi network name and password. This is what you'll use to connect your personal devices to your network but before that well wait for about 10 mins to see if your network is accessable or ready to use.
