Do you have your xfinity app already?
If no : That's perfectly fine, just go to your app store then download the xfinity app. The icon of this app is there's a big letter x at the center then purple background.
If yes : That's Great! (then proceed)

Open the xfinity app then sign in using your Xfinity ID and password.
After that select the get started then, select the Account icon from the top-left corner of the Overview tab on the Xfinity app and then choose Activate xFi Gateway or Modem under the Devices section.

Do you already plugged in your gateway? That's perfect then connect the coaxial cable to your Gateway. Make sure this connection is finger tight.

At the back of your gateway you can find the QR code there just scan it using your camera

No worries u can use cmac code at the top of your QR code

do you already see a light blinking at the top of your gateway?
Perfect because it means that your gateway is ready to activate.

By the way Karen may i know What is your current mobile plan provider?
oh atnt they are good provider too

oh that's a little bit pricey compared to xfinity because you know what Karen we also offer mobile plan the same plan as what atnt offered to you, you can obtain that same level of service with us for only $45 a month with unlimated data, calls and text. Instead of paying $60 a month to ATNT why not switch xfinity where you can only pay $45 a month per line imagine how much you can save every month if you switch to xfinity. You can get the same service but with a lower price. how does that sound?
