Rattlesnake Bar & Grill

Rattlesnake Bar & Restaurant is a restaurant that offers New England-style cuisine. It also features a full bar and live music on the weekends. The restaurant can also be booked for private events. The roofdeck is a nice feature. Overall, Rattlesnake is a solid choice for an evening out in Boston.

The restaurant has a storied history, having been open for over 26 years. While the restaurant has gone through a number of changes, its most recent addition is a new menu. The restaurant will eventually change its name to Poe's Kitchen at the Rattlesnake.

Located in the Back Bay, the restaurant was originally a second-floor bar that featured a rooftop patio. In Learn More , the Rattlesnake was featured on Food Network's "Craziest Restaurants in America." The restaurant also offers educational programs for deaf, blind and disabled children. The restaurant also offers karaoke and live music on Friday nights.

Menu

After 26 years of being a Back Bay staple, the Rattlesnake Bar and Grill is closing for good. This popular restaurant was known for its unique menu, rooftop patio, and Southwestern-inspired fusion fare. The menu included everything from antelope tacos to a deep-fried snake. The restaurant has not set a final closing date.

The menu changes regularly, so it's a good idea to plan ahead. The restaurant offers a variety of dishes and a variety of beverages. The burgers and sandwiches are well-priced, and the restaurant also features a nice atmosphere. The staff is friendly and cool, and the food is very reasonably priced. The restaurant has a 4.6 Google rating.

Roofdeck

Atop the roof of the former Globe Bar & Cafe, the Rattlesnake Bar and Grill offers views of the city, while the menu is a mixture of classic and New American favorites. The rooftop is a great place for a night out in the city, and the restaurant has even a jumbo-screen television for watching sports.

One of the few rooftop bars in the Back Bay, the Rattlesnake Roofdeck is one of the best spots to grab a drink. It features fifteen tables and an outdoor bar. Although the beer selection isn't as extensive as down below, the rooftop is a great place to enjoy an icy cold beer while taking in the view of the city. You can order a Thai Mojito from the bar's bar. The drink is made with coconut rum and lemongrass syrup.

Located half a block from the Public Garden, the Rattlesnake features two patios, including streetside tables when the weather is nice. There's also Rattle Snake Bar And Grill that overlooks Boston's skyline. The restaurant features a friendly staff and handcrafted drinks. The menu also offers neo-Tex-Mex fare, including signature tacos and enchiladas and a wild boar burrito.

History

Four years ago, the Rattlesnake Bar and Grill was known for its rooftop bar and margaritas, but that was about it. The food, while not bad, was far from exciting. Today, the restaurant has a long, storied history. The menu features everything from salads to burgers and jalapeno poppers. The restaurant also offers live country music and line dancing.

The Rattlesnake was founded by Brian Poe, the former Executive Chef and Director of Food and Beverage at the Millennium Boston Hotel. In 2008, he travelled to South America to further broaden his culinary vision. He returned to the city and infused the restaurant's Southwestern cuisine with Latin American flair. The menu now includes dishes such as duck tacos and grilled cornbread.

In addition to food, the restaurant also has a retail store called Sidewinder's Trading Post. Besides selling food and drinks, the store also sells souvenirs and camping supplies. Visitors can also buy handcrafted jewelry and unique T-shirts.
