Our intrepid YouTube adventurer Dan O'Halloran found this video posted on January 5th this year detailing the Ulduar raid zone so far. The video was created using private server technology, and contains massive spoilers. We've warned you.
If you look at the video, you'll see that much of it is inaccessible. Large areas are just gray areas with no content within them. This is normal and intentional. The areas are being developed.
There are also areas that are vibrant and of top quality. Certain areas of the park look like the ancient gods would. The Halls of Lightning could be located right next to this spot.
