- Hello everyone, I hope you're all fine and healty. Today I'm going to give a presentation about Environmental Problem of our Hometown and I will express the suggested solution for this problem. The issue that i treat as a problem is solar radiation. Lets first define this subject.

- Solar radiation is a critical meteorological characteristic that controls how much "heat" we receive from the sun on the earth's surface.
- The quantity of "heat" we will experience from the sun on the surface of the Earth is determined by this significant climatic variable.
- This process takes place as a result of reflections and absorptions from a variety of atmospheric particles, not simply clouds, which are capable of emitting solar radiation.
- We observe the issue this causes with reference to climate change both locally and worldwide.

- The amount of solar radiation entering and leaving the Earth is not the same.
- Cloud, air and other atmospheric components absorb a small portion of solar radiation, but this amount is not enough to maintain a constant temperature.
- On the other hand, Greenhouse gases, are that keep some of the heat returned to the atmosphere.
- The greater the capacity of these gases to absorb radiation, the more heat they will hold and not allow it to return to space.

- It seems very clearly that preventing greenhouse gases will reduce the harmful effect of solar radiation. In this situation, reducing the emission of greenhouse gases will make an important contribution to the solution of the problem in hometown and planet.
- In this direction, the focus was on reducing CO2 emissions as a mitigating solution proposal.
- Carbon capture and storage technologies can be developed to capture and store carbon dioxide.
- In this process, the greenhouse gas from the energy terminal first enters the absorption tower.
- A solvent absorbs carbon dioxide and releases other gases.
- Then, this carbon dioxide contained in the solvent is decomposed using heat.
- While the solvent is recycled, the treated carbon dioxide is stored underground.

- As with other methods, this one can have disadvantages. The disadvantages of this method are that it too much new technology, its cost is higher than other methods, and the possibility that underground storage of carbon dioxide will trigger oil extraction.

- However, it is true that carbon dioxide emission is one of the most important causes of increasing solar radiation due to the greenhouse effect.
- For this reason, this method provides a fast and effective step,
- the disadvantages can be minimized with a correct control.

- As a result, it is possible to produce many solutions with the support of technology. Although the carbon dioxide capture method is a new technology, it is a method worth applying and will give effective results in a shorter time than other methods for our hometown.
