Post Policy Process
Scenario "Customer contacts to return the product post the policy period and claims that the policy period is breached due to delayed installation by Jeeves"
Process to be followed:
Ensure the customer has contacted within 10 days from the date of installation and within 30 days of return Policy period expiry
Create a return and arrange Tech Visit/ Image Check
Provide the return details to the customer and close the call
Acknowledged
Active Return
If customers call regarding any active return and the since the option to "add notes" is disabled in the associated incident.
