WeGrow store

There is much buzz around weGrow, a marijuana-growing company that intends to profit from the Californian cannabis industry. They claim to be the first "out-of-the-closet" marijuana growing equipment company in the country.

But WeGrow doesn't always have it all. Two lawsuits were filed against WeGrow employees recently. One lawsuit is about not paying rent. The other accuses the CEO of defrauding his shareholders.

Mann also filed suit against Peterson (the founder of weGrow), accusing him fraud. Mann claims that Peterson promised to give Mann forty percent of the company’s shares. Mann is owed at least $44,399 rent and Peterson didn't keep his promise.

It is no secret that weGrow sells hydroponics systems for medical marijuana cultivation. But the company sells more than just that. WeGrow sells hundreds of products to help patients grow their own pot.
WeGrow is closing amid litigation between business partners

WeGrow is a small retail marijuana company that caters to medical growers. After being sued, the Oakland store was closed. In the following weeks, two new stores will be opened in San Jose and Washington, D.C.

Derek Peterson, Michael Mann and Michael Mann were the previous owners of weGrow. They claim that weGrow is currently losing money. They claim that they were kept in dark about the company's financial condition. Mann, according to them, pushed them too far.

Peterson stated that he had already filed a suit against Mann, his ex-business partner. Mann claims Mann "breached the fiduciary duty" by failing to transfer forty per cent of GrowOp shares. He claims he is planning to take the company public within the next few months.

Mann's second suit claims that Peterson failed meet his contractual obligation of transferring GrowOp shares. Peterson was also accused of failing to pay rent.
WeGrow scenes

Dhar Mann is an entrepreneur who founded WeGrow. He has a YouTube channel, a cosmetics company and is now building a marijuana empire. His net worth was estimated to exceed $160 million. It's a lot for something that isn't very tangible.
