The font for developers who like Minecraft a little too much.
Note This project does not have affiliation with Minecraft or Mojang and is strictly fan-driven. This font is an imitation of the font used in the Minecraft UI, but it does not contain any assets or font files from the original game.
- Minecraft! - This font was inspired by the Minecraft UI typeface. A few glyphs were updated to improve readability and spacing.
Every character has been carefully designed to work with a monospaced font - Thin characters like "i" and "l" have been reworked with tasteful serifs and tails that appear more attractive in a monospaced setting.
Add some spice to your programming routine with the new ligature characters. Arrows now look like arrows and comparison operators are now easier to spot at glance
How to Install
The most current Monocraft.otf file can be downloaded from the Releases page. Right-click on the font you want to install and choose Install You might need access to administrative rights to install fonts, based on the machine you are using.
Mac
Download the latest Monocraft.otf file from the Releases page. Double-click on the downloaded font file and select Install Font in the window that appears. More help available here.
After following the installation instructions above, you can simply select the "Monocraft" font (note the space) in any application that supports custom fonts. You may require restarting the application or your computer for the font to be displayed.
