Treat other Community Members with Respect

Your use of Minecraft is governed by the Microsoft Services Agreement ("MSA"). The Code of Conduct section of Microsoft Services Agreement applies to all Microsoft products and also the Xbox Community Standards . Best However, as Minecraft continues to grow and introduce new Minecraft titles to its collection the Minecraft franchise has new features, including new ways to interact, that could benefit from more explanation. To this end, we've created the following Community Standards for the Minecraft franchise. These standards are a guideline for how the Minecraft community should interact and how the game is played to ensure that we create one that is safe, positive and enjoyable one.



We want our players to enjoy a an enjoyable, welcoming, and enjoyable gaming experience in any of our games. We also want to ensure that , if players do not adhere to the Community Standards in one of the Minecraft franchise games, we are able to protect players across the franchise and in our community.





Community Standards

These handy Community Standards cover gameplay with Mojang's online services. This includes things like Featured Servers on platforms based on the Bedrock Engine and Realms. In addition the individual sites and titles might have additional policies that are specific to them, so make sure you take a look at them, too.



Respect other members of the community with respect. This is the basis of everything we consider. If you want to voice your opinion, please do so politely and respectfully.



If there's a chat feature available in a game or on a website, be mindful of other users' experiences. This means avoiding excessive posting or spamming. All-caps can also be read as yelling. Yelling at someone is not always very nice.



Our friendly moderation team is ready to assist you in case you are having a disagreement with a player or have an unpleasant experience. Contact them and/or report the player using the tools available within the game. Whatever the situation do not "name and shame" other members of the community publicly as this counts as harassment.



It is important to think twice before you publish any information. Don't share personal information (phone numbers emails, passwords, email addresses account information, account details, physical addresses, first and last names, etc.) about yourself or other people.



It is not permissible to promote illegal activity.



o Encourage positive and encouraging conversations, not negative and demeaning. It is important to remember that posts and content should not be created in the hope of starting fighting or provoking negative responses.



The game Minecraft has an anti-hate policy that prohibits bullying, hate speech or harassing sexual solicitation, threatening others.



Don't share your account information. We won't ask you for your password and you shouldn’t give it away.



Modifications in Minecraft is not permitted in the core Minecraft game.



All activities are subject to Mojang/Minecraft's EULA & Terms and Conditions.





How do you submit a case review

Any player who meets the following criteria can submit a case review.



It is a law enforcement activity. - The enforcement's duration is greater than 24 hours in length. - The enforcement was issued within the last 12 months.
