How to make a Netherite armor set in Minecraft
To create Netherite armor in Minecraft players need to purchase a new set of armor and then improve it. This is how it works:
1. Get some Minecraft diamonds and craft Diamond armor. Each piece of the set will correspond to a specific piece of Netherite armor.
2. Purchase a Smithing Table. You can find them in villages, or craft your own by placing two iron ingots onto two squares of wood planks.
3. As previously mentioned, place the piece of Diamond armor on the Smithing Table with a Netherite Incgot.
4. This will provide a Netherite armor piece "upgrading" the existing Diamond armor into Netherite.
5. Continue this procedure for each piece of Diamond armor until you have the complete Netherite set.

Upgrading Diamond armor in this manner actually carries existing enchantments (and diminished durability) to the new Netherite armor, instead of creating a fresh, unchanged piece. Keep this in mind when you decide what to improve.
Netherite armor is +1 in Toughness and +1 Knockback resistance compared to Diamond armor, as well as the ability to last longer. One of the most significant benefits to everything Netherite is that it is able to float in lava too!
