YouTuber and Minecraft Streamer Technoblade 23, is a Victim of Cancer.

YouTuber and Minecraft streamer Technoblade was killed at 23 years old after a year-long battle with cancer stage four.



The creator of content from San Francisco who kept his identity secret and only revealed his name in the final video "Alex" became famous after posting videos of himself playing Minecraft online in 2013. He then went on to gain more than 10 million subscribers.



He was diagnosed with stage 4 cancer in August. He was able to spend the majority of the time in a secluded area away from the media being treated for cancer.



Although it is not clear which type of cancer Alex was diagnosed with at the time however, he continued to raise money for sarcoma charity organizations and revealed in December that he'd undergone surgery to remove an arm tumor.



In a video uploaded to Technoblade's YouTube channel this morning, which was titled "So long nerds," his father, whose name is unknown revealed the devastating announcement of his son's death with his many followers and shared a posthumous message of condolence from the famed YouTube star.



He called his son "the most incredible child" and shared an audio recording of his son. He stated that if he could have another hundred lives, he would prefer to be Technoblade again because those were the most memorable times of my life.



Technoblade is a YouTuber as well as a Minecraft streamer, has died after a long battle with cancer. His family has confirmed.



Technoblade, who was highly private and never shared details of his personal life mostly shared videos about the sandbox game Minecraft.



He had three younger sisters and an older brother named Chris, as well as a dog called Floof which was in his video of his farewell with his father.



He admitted that his parents divorced, and that he was in the same house with his father, who owns an entertainment studio.



After graduating from high school, the student took a gap-year prior to moving to Chicago to study English.

But he retreated to San Francisco after dropping out.



In one of his videos, the man explained how he came up with the Tecnoblade channel with the sole purpose of building confidence and gaining 10 million subscribers.



He quickly amassed a following of millions by sharing numerous clips of him playing Minecraft but he did not reveal his face or name to his fans.



He shared the shocking news about his cancer diagnosis in August in a video called "Where I've been" that has been viewed over 13 million times.



He said he was diagnosed with cancer after he thought he had an injury to his arm.



The creator of the content (seen at left), who had not revealed his name or even his face prior to when the final video was uploaded was diagnosed with stage 4 cancer last year.



Thinking it was a stress-related injury due to his ongoing playing, he took several days off before realizing it wasn't going away.
