Any PC player with a 20000 DPI custom-weighted mouse understands that communication is vital in multiplayer games. To achieve this, AMD is aiming to make it easier to communicate when using a microphone while playing. AMD Noise Suppression will intelligently utilize the background noise on your graphics card to block out any sounds from your surroundings, such as air conditioners or your own speakers. This new feature can be used to say "gee gee GTFO" or similar phrases.
EXTREMECRAFT
The new system is a rival to Nvidia's RTX Voice feature (now part of the Nvidia Broadcast suite), doing more or less the same thing. Despite its connection to gaming and the use of either a Ryzen 5000+ CPU or Radeon RX 6000+ GPU, the AMD Noise Suppression feature isn't limited to in-game communications. Once the driver is configured, it will work with any application that utilizes voice input. This includes Zoom, Discord, Microsoft Teams, Discord and other apps that use voice input.
Also included in the Adrenalin 22.7.1 driver update are some significant OpenGL improvements, which AMD claims can improve performance in games like Minecraft by up to 90 percent on certain RX 6000 cards. Radeon Super Resolution (the older standard, not the more impressive FSR2) now works on notebooks that have discrete RX5000 or RX6000 cards when used in hybrid graphics configurations.
