Three Lenovo Chromebooks are on sale for under $100 for Prime Day, a decent price for a decent Chromebook If you're willing to make an purchase.



Our list of the best Chromebook deals on Prime Day usually includes at least one Chromebook priced below $100. So far, we've seen several, with Lenovo offering several Chromebooks for prices that dip as far down as $79, offering massive savings of up to 68 percent off.

Are they worth the cost? We believe they are, but only barely. All three Chromebooks are powered by the Celeron N4020 processor. This dual-core processor is just a few years old. All three Chromebooks come with 4GB of memory. The minimum required for a Chromebook is 64GB. We've seen Chromebooks with 32GB of storage. However, we've also seen Chromebooks with more than that. If you use Chromebooks to work on the web, the extra space is useful. However, some luxuries like touchscreens aren't available. The Walmart bundle includes headsets, which are an attractive, but small feature.



This Chromebook runs Chrome OS. It won't play Roblox or Minecraft as laptops would. If you have any questions, refer to our story about Chromebooks versus laptops.



The screen at 768p is the weakest of the three Chromebooks. It's smaller than laptops' 1080p screens but it's still adequate. Don't be discouraged if have invested in technology over the years. Each of the three Chromebooks has at least one USB C port, and one with DisplayPort via USBC. This lets you connect an external display to the Chromebook, increasing the screen size and resolution.
