Iron Golem farm
Do you want to farm iron from gentle giants? We'll be there for you. There are many ways to go about it, but this is the way we do it.
You'll need to design an area for killing that is filled with lava, with water streams flowing towards it. You'll need to construct your basic Minecraft village above the pit to prevent it from being destroyed. This can be as simple as having a few floating beds, some cauldrons, and a few blocks surrounding them to prevent them from falling off or escaping. There must be a threat, like zombies in the area and so throw one in the composter or cauldron and hang it somewhere where that the villagers are able to see it all the time. To be able to panic, you'll need at least one villager. However your villagers should be able to sleep and do their jobs. This is easier when your village doesn't have to work.

To stop your bizarre suspended village from getting illuminated by the sun, you will require a large roof. Also, make sure your Iron Golem doesn't spawn in your village. Instead it will appear near the pit. To do this, make sure all of your surfaces do not meet the specifications to allow the Iron Golem to spawn: buttons on top, hollow blocks, or blocks with nothing underneath them are the best way to go.
This will result in the Iron Golem spawning on the ground. It will then move towards the suspended zombie, then become trapped in the lava pit, and eventually die. You can put a hopper, some chests and it will consume all the resources.
