創立於2017年，服務項目涵括：住宅設計和商業空間規劃、建築設計……等。 建物外觀發想/設計/繪製，進行設計提案，可獨立作業。 瞭解相關材質工法、具備成本控制概念，明白市場材料與行情。
進入內部，采品室內設計規劃出標準格局的3房2廳，藉由靈活與開放的空間配置，輕鬆化解小屋產生的壓迫感，讓動線及視野更加寬敞流暢。 而空間敞開後，窗外光線與內部的空氣更加流通，從公共空間到和室則以架高地坪做場域劃分，營造通透明亮且層次豐富的空間面貌。 設計師也挑戰更多具獨特性的個性化設計，像是新澄設計替年輕單身男子打造的28坪新成屋中，在公領域使用燈帶型塑居家氛圍，並挑選個性沙發與單椅展現獨特性。 將原本的三房改為兩房，主臥將衛浴設備的隔牆移除，以開放式的設計將洗手台、馬桶以及浴缸規劃在床頭後方，僅用玻璃隔間把淋浴間獨立起來，抽離傳統衛浴獨立的概念，產出適合屋主個性的破格設計。 在規劃隔間同時軟裝也要和設計師討論不管是床架、活動式家具等，若是尺寸或者風格不合都會嚴重影響空間美感與實用性，破壞設計的意義。 叡觀國際空間規劃——以細膩的人文視角，創造空間的幸福溫度，建構專屬生活場景！
