As per cx voc, Cx amount was debited order not confirmed so checked and found that order status was approved, So called cx, informed cx regarding same cx agreed over the call as info shared over the call sharing generic mail.
CX VOC- cx said i received different product and several times cx created return but return cancelled again and again

cx call connected , cx said he recd used product so as per images attached raise a return request,
primary mobile no. confirmed , rvp adress and packaging manner confirmed . tat shared

Resolution- apologize to cx and told cx that product image validation failed that is why return cancelled
told cx that i will create the new return

invoice- received
address and phone number confirmed from cx
tat shared with cx-8th of December on or before team will contact you and provide resolution

cx call connected , cx said he rcvd incomplete product instead of 3 pair he rcvd only 2 pair so raise a return request,
primary mobile no. confirmed , rvp address and packaging manner confirmed . tat shared, as per cx voc unable to create return from missing part or accessory so creating the return from wrong item received .

"Cx wanted to know why his product got cancelled,,, Informed the cx that product was cancelled from sellers end Requested Cx to place a fresh order for the same product...... as not possible to be reinstated.
Also informed Cx that i will definitely share the feedback so that he do not face this kind of issue again."
