1.Government - Government form is very important for my game. Diffrent government forms give diffrent bonuses. You also need better administative tech to get better government forms. All of you got default government, but i can't be changed anytime you need. Here are the list :

A) Monarchies:
a)Despotic Monarchy - Gets small morale bonus for armies, expands with lower penalties
b)Feudal Monarchy
c)Administrative Monarchy
d)Absolute Monarchy
e)Constitutuonal Monarchy
f)Enlightened Despotism

B)Republics:
a) Merchant Republic
b) Oligarchic Republic
c) Noble Republic
d) Administrative Republic
e) Republican Dictatorship
f) Constitutional Republic
g) Bureaucratic Despotism

C)Theocracies:
a) Theocracy
b) Monastic State

2.Religion - This aspect will be more RP aspect than actual game feature. However there are religious rebels so remember to convert provinces with other religion from time to time. It's extreamaly important for theocracies. It gives them money. As for government forms, every relgion has it's own special abillity.

a)Catholic:
-Can controll papacy.
-Has free casus belli on Jeruslem and Atioch region. (NOT ACTIVE IF REGION IS CONTROLLED BY CHATOLIC STATE)
-Soldiers are more efficent when fighting against muslims.
b)Protestant:
-Cost of techs is 1/2 of their base cost.
-Gives a bit more income from relgion compared to chatolic states.
c)Orthodox:
-Harderst to convert.
-Gives only positive faith events.
-Soldiers are more efficent fighting against non christian faiths.
d)Sunni
-Easiest to spread.
-Can be united with other islamic faiths giving powerful bonus.

3.Rulers - Oh yea. This is your base RP aspect. Roleplay your ruler as good as you can. Better RP means better events, missions and random stuff for you. Your ruler is defined by 3 stats: Administative Skill, Diplomatic Skill, Military Skill. They will be always written like ADM/DIP/MIL near your ruler's name. If your Ruler is 1/1/4 (1 adm, 1 dip, 4 mil) of course he will be into conquer but if he's 3/4/1 (3 adm, 4 dip, 1 mil) he would more like colonisation or diplomatic union securing. Think about it.

4.Army - There are three diffrent types of armies.:
-Infantry (1 money)
-Cavalry (2 money)
-Artillery (3 money, also requires 6 mil tech lvl)
All of them act diffrent and are making diffrent functions. Also depends of your tech group they have diffrent stats. Remember, not only how much you have matters but also your military technology level, your ruler's military skill and your RP of course.

5.Navy - Works just like army and is used in naval battles, also to boost trade, and trasport troops. There are 3 diffrent ships (yes EU guys i know that there are 4 but we don't have to make it more complicated for this game):
-Heavy Ship (Ship who fights in battles, requires 3 diplomatic tech lvl, cost 3 money)
-Light Ship (Secures your trade, more efficent for republics, 2 money)
-Transport Ship (1 Ship transports one regiment, can't make that more simplier, 1 money)
P.S Don't think you can just use trasport ships to move your troops without heavy ones. Transport fleets can be easly crushed.

6.Colonization - Is availble when you get to 6 dip tech. Allows you to take gray, untaken land in Americans and other places like that. More powerfull colonies may evolve to colonial nations - they give much more income but they my revolt if they're not happy, and most poweruful colonial nations to colonial empires which give huge income and cannot revolt anymore.

7.HRE - Or Holy Roman Empire if you want to. One of the member is the ruler. He's duty is to protect other nations of HRE from attacks and he's given much more power and income than regular player. From time to time, for being good emperor you will be recived special reforms. If you get all 10 reforms you are able to form Holy Roman Empire as a country! If Emperor dies all electors can vote for new one but unlike to EU4 YOU CAN'T VOTE FOR YOURSELF.
P.S Remember that reforms work for all players not only for you, be sure that you can hold the title before final reform or at least take it back.

8.Technologies - It basicaly defines how advanced you are. Technologies can be rewards for doing mission well, by event (very rare events) or just buying it. You can upgrade technology once per turn (mission/event reward doesn't count). Upgrading technology costs 10 monies and get's +5 for every level. There are three diffrent technologies:
-Administrative: More administrative tech means better rewards for missions and events.
-Diplomatic: More diplomatic tech means faster colonisation, better ships and bigger chance for diplomatic relations with AI, for example: If you're diplomatic enough, and your ruler main skill is diplomacy you have much more bigger chance to vassalize smaller state without fight, than the player who hasn't invested in diplomatic tech.
-Military: More military tech means... Better troops. Simple right?

9.Diplomacy - Diplomacy is easy. There are few specific diplomatic relations that can be signed.
Alliance - Just regular alliance.
RM - Royal Marriage. Incerases chance for heir. Only For Monarchies
Union - Forms Personal Union between two countries. (Country you want to put under union must have same dynasty as you and weak or none heir.)
Vassal - Just vassalization of the country. To vassalize country you must be very diplomatic. However you can also vassalize somebody after war as a peace agreement.
RP - Remember ^ These things are just the basics. RP allows you to do much more.

10.Interative AI - Don't be afraid to cooperate with AI. It's interactive. It trains army, it conquers provinces, it is able to do dumb things like in real game. Never forget that.

11.Doctrines and Secrets - There are doctrines in the game but they are in form of secrets. I won't tell exactly how to get them but it won't be hard i promise.

12.Imagination - MOST IMPORTANT RULE... Remember these rulers are here only to help you, not to tell you what to do. This is rp game and most actions should be yours completly. They only barrier is your imagination (and logic of course)!
