Welcome everyone : ) my name is Charie candy "candy for short" and I'm a career associate/ living benefits specialist within our company...

1st slide: Before I begin, I'd like to say "Thank you" to the person who invited you today because they thought of you and wanted to share with you our product and opportunity as it brought value into their lives ant they hope it will bring value to yours as well :)
Here is a little background of our company and who we represent: We are Premier Financial Alliance (PFA), we have been around for about 30+ years and only expanded in Hawaii for about 10 years, we are a brokerage company who brokers many carriers and one main company who we broker is National Life Group, they've have been around for over 172 years and is the 2nd eldest life insurance carrier, with New york life being #1, but we are ranked #1 for the top proprietary IUL product in the US. To be honest, to me; it is all about the loyalty of an agent and product and how much it can benefit the client.. that trumps the amount of years the company has been around, if you know what I mean.

2nd slide: So let's get right into it; "How to win the $ game?"
When it comes to winning the $ game, it's all about finding a solution to where your money can have potential growth in the best way possible with no risk! and we'll talk about that later in the presentation :)

3rd slide: But first, let's talk about the risks and reality that we US Americans go through...
Business opportunity- Tell me, who here know's of someone who lost their business due to the pandemic? and why is that? It's because they weren't prepared for these types of risks; of course, we think as a business owner, yes we can make more money for ourselves but if not properly funded/prepared for risks like Covid, how can we sustain a healthy business!!
Which then leads us to Lifestyle- why??? you're right, it's because we all put ourselves in categories such as low class, middle class and high class.. and depending on what category we fall under; we then tend to believe that we have to stay in that kind of lifestyle. I know some people who feels like they can't have a wealthy lifestyle because they are either low class or middle class and so they stay in their comfort zone and has a mindset that they can't reach any dreams higher than where they're at!.. And some even buys materialistic things just so that they can fit in with other classes and putting themselves in debt instead of being the better person and preparing for their future!
Future, meaning retirement!.. Who here has at least $25000 in savings? What is your reason for not having saved that kind of $? Yes, living in Hawaii is tough :( why is that? gas is rising, cost of living is rising, etc... Tell me, with dealing with these rises, are you able to save money? I know too many people living from paycheck to paycheck and can't even put $ aside for any type of savings, much less retirement :( Some say "oh I have money in the bank, 401k, Roth IRA, SSI" but do you really think that's enough for you to live a long and happy retirement? If you're answer is "NO", well you're in luck, I'll teach you how Life insurance can be part of your financial portfolio :)
Life ins. can be an asset to your future because Chronic and Critical illness and injury is on a rise! Tell me, who here had lost a friend/family member or know of someone who experienced side effects due to a chronic/critical illness/injury (ex. heart attack, stroke, cancer, etc.) and or couldn't do 2/6 daily activities; according to statistics; For those that you know who went through these kinds of illnesses/injuries; have they been the same since? were they able to focus on healing w/out worrying about $, we're they able to go back to their job, were they able to get an adequate funding to sustain their bills that their medical ins./TDI? workers comp. won't cover, without having to liquidate or touch their savings/retirement?
These are the kinds of things that we need to talk about amongst our loved ones and everyone all over the world!
Which leads me to how building a business with PFA and sharing our stories and products is more crucial than ever!

But that was the traditional way and since then, Life insurance has evolved in many ways that you can imagine.
Traditional way of purchasing life ins., it was mainly for when you die, right! you can either rent it.. or you can purchase a permanent policy that offers only death protection only; Why though?? when we talk about life ins. shouldn't it be around for when we're alive and not just when you die?? This is where the new way comes to play..
Life ins. that you don't have to die to use; if you get terminally, chronically, critically ill/injured, you can accelerate the living benefits riders without touching your own savings, you also have the opportunity to build cash value by mirroring the stock market by using the index strategies; such as, S&P 500 w/ a 0% floor (no risk of losing your $) and being able to access your savings tax free!!
First off, who here has money in the bank? how about a retirement fund account? Tell me, have you noticed any growth? and why is that? Whether the client just wants to be covered so his/her family will be left with something just incase he/she unexpectedly passes away, or the client wants to be able to save a certain amount by a certain amount of years, or maybe the client wants to make sure he/she is able to supplement his/her $ for retirement, etc..
