Similarly, the building's biggest feature is its location. Being on the Kop van Zuid Peninsula means that it has a nice view of the Erasmus bridge, which is not to be missed. Another plus is that the building is incredibly accessible. With excellent signage and plenty of parking, getting to and from the building is a breeze.

The best part of the Vegas-meets-Hollywood complex is the fact that its location is prime real estate. Several high-profile projects are underway, and more will come online in the years to come. One of the most prominent is a development by Hudson Pacific Properties, which is owned by the Blackstone Group. This company has recently sold a 49% interest in the Hollywood Media portfolio to Blackstone. However, it still retains a substantial stake in the Sunset Las Palmas Studios in Hollywood.

Despite its flaws, the RVLP project will inevitably change the character of the road, which will ultimately lead to increased traffic, safety hazards and fewer opportunities for exercise and other fun pursuits. But a study by the Ad Hoc owners committee has revealed that the majority of the residents do not support the project. They have surveyed 165 residents and found that only a fraction support the RVLP proposal. That makes it all the more necessary to take a stand against this proposal, and instead encourage the developers to rethink their plans.
