① | Roles
HOST: The Host is the director of the Session. They are responsible for assigning roles and positions for each attendee, monitoring the time and knowing when to announce, and going over the rules of the Session. The Host is in charge of acting as a leader and making sure the Session is going smoothly at all times, and answering any inquiries Staff have about our Interview system. Also responsible for posting the shouts on the Group Shout and Communications Server. The Host should understand the ins-and-out of the system and can fill in other roles in the case of a dismissal. Board of Directors+ are allowed to Host, with a minimum of 5 Sessions co-hosted beforehand. Any Senior Corporate+ can bypass this requirement.

CO-HOST: The Co-Host acts as the Host’s assistant, and is the main representative to Guests. The Co-Host is responsible for answering any questions guests may have on how Interviews work or otherwise, assigning roles if the Host is currently occupied, and goes over the regulations of the Session. The Co-Host should be striving to reach the requirements of hosting, by logging 5 Sessions as co-host. General Manager+ can co-host, with a minimum of 3 Sessions as an Interviewer beforehand. Any Junior Corporate+ can bypass this requirement.

OVERSEER: The Overseer is responsible for maintaining acceptable conditions and smooth operations in the Session. As a senior officer, they know each Position well enough to help assist them if needed and can fill in for any other role when required. They ensure the Interviewers are correctly using the Guide and monitor the Interview experience and Ranking protocols. Corporate Officer+ may Oversee, with a minimum of 5 Sessions in each role. Any Co-Owner+ can bypass this requirement.

RANKER: The Ranker is the sole person allowed to Rank the passers of the Interview Session. They supervise the Session until the end, where they greet the newest members of our Staff Team and give them the appropriate Rank (for regular Interviews, the default is Trainee Juicer). Corporate Officer+ may act as a Ranker, with no minimum of Sessions required.

INTERVIEWER: The Interviewer is the key when it comes to guest experience in our Interview Center. They are responsible for asking guests a series of questions, by using this Guide, and judge their responses whether to pass or fail them. They are in charge of monitoring their room, and can dismiss or take disciplinary action for misbehaving guests. Interviewers should be communicating with the Host if there are any disruptions or inquiries, using the private message system. Manager+ may Interview for LR Interview Sessions, with a minimum of 3+ Sessions observed as a Spectator. Junior Corporate+ are allowed to bypass this requirement.

SPECTATOR: Spectators simply watch the Session and observe how the system works. This role is mostly for lower Ranks seeking a higher role in the future, or for those not interested in committing to a more difficult role at the moment. Staff Assistant+ may act as a Spectator, with no minimum number of Sessions required. There is a maximum of 3 Spectators per Session.

② | Host Guide
When getting ready to Host, please pick from the two shouts below and post them in the Group Shout and Communications Server. Allow at least an hour of time in your schedule and ensure you will not have to leave during the Session. In the case you do, please message the Overseer to replace your role.

Group Shouts:
🐶 [INTERVIEWS] | Adorations Petiez! An Interview Session is about to commence, hosted by [INSERT USERNAME], so please come down to the Interview Center if you are seeking a job with us. Our slock time will be at [TIME], so join quickly!

🐱 [INTERVIEWS] | Hello, Petiez community! Interviews are being hosted down at our Interview Center, so please join if you are wishing to begin your career with us. Our slock time will be approximately at [TIME], so join a few minutes before then to be able to attend. Hope to see you there!

After you slock the server, please post the second of three shouts. Use the shout below.

🐾 [INTERVIEWS] | Apologies, but our Interview Session is now slocked and is no longer open for more guests. Make sure to keep looking for more Sessions being hosted throughout the day! Why not head to our animal shelter and adopt an animal while you wait?

Use the final shout for after the Session concludes. Pick from one of the two shouts below.

After the Co-Host finishes Regulations, Interviewers may now start jumping and teleporting people to their rooms. As Host make sure that you are telling Interviewers for who has been teleported or not. Make the next announcement after all people have been teleported.

Host: m All people have been teleported, I wish everybody luck throughout the Interviews.

After you finish your messages, it is your job to oversee the Interviews and answer any questions Interviewers ask. Make sure this is done in a PM and not in the public chat system. Near the end of the Session, you will be in charge of taking a group photo and posting it to the photos channel in the Communications Server, and then dismissing people once it concludes. Dismiss using an announcement simply thanking everyone for coming and stating that people are dismissed. You may either shutdown the server or leave once you complete this.

③ | Co-Host Guide
Note: When the Co-Host starts regulations, all interviewers must go to their interview rooms.


Use these messages after the Host cues you in.

After you make your messages, you may begin to spectate the Session. Make sure to answer any questions that guests are having, if the Interview cannot answer it themself. Please do not leave the game until you get permission from the Host to be dismissed. Self-dismissals will result in a consequence.

④ | Interviewer Guide
Use the following messages once your interviewees have been teleported to the room.

Note: Wait for people to stay their question/concern if they have none then you can keep going. If they do wait for them to finish before you keep going.

Interviewer: Great! Before we start, we will go over tips that can help increase your chances of passing the interviews.

Interviewer: 🙋‍♂️ | [TIPS] We recommend using 3+ sentences for each necessary question that requires doing so to increase chances of passing. | 🙋‍♂️

Interviewer: 🙋‍♂️ | [TIPS] Grammar should also be included into your answers as questions will be much understandable when doing so. | 🙋‍♂️

Interviewer: 🙋‍♂️ | [TIPS] Punctuation should also be visible in your answers as it will make your answers you display more understandable for the interviewers to read. | 🙋‍♂️

After you answer any questions, please kick those who failed with the following format:
kick [USER] Apologies, but you have failed today’s Session. Feel free to come to the next one to try again with better responses!

Those who Passed:

Interviewer: Congratulations! You have passed due to excellent grammar & details upon your answers throughout the Interviews. Please follow me to be ranked.

Lead them to the back of the building, where the Ranker will be waiting. Let the Ranker know that these were the ones who passed, and you may leave the area. Make sure to not leave the game, until there has been a group photo and the Host dismisses you.

⑤ | Ranker Guide
Once you notice that the Interviewers are reaching the final questions, make your way to the back of the building and wait until you see Interviewers come with their passers. Tell the passers to take a seat, and force field them and name them “Passed”. Once you have, you may say the following.

✔️ | Congratulations! You have successfully passed this Interview Session, and are about to be Ranked. Please be patient while I Rank each of you appropriately.

After you say this, Rank each person and double-check it was the right person and Rank, and then name each person “Ranked” and unff them. Once you have, you can move on to the last messages and refresh each passer.

✔️ | You all have been successfully Ranked! We are excited for you to join our Staff Team and will see you at the juice bar. Before we go to take a picture, do any of you have final questions or queries?

✔️ | Alright, please follow me to take a picture before being dismissed!

Lead them to the Host stand, and wait for further instructions by the Host.
