It's happening. The Caves & Cliffs Update as it's now officially named will have improved cave generation and things like lush caves and dripstone caves. A brand new archeology system will be added to the game, bringing the feeling of historical and storytelling. You're digging right now but soon you'll to be digging.
Something must fill these caverns. We also added crystals bundles, telescopes, bundles the sculk sensor block and an all-new hostile mob called the warden! Do you think Minecraft really require more mobs that are hostile? Does it not suffice that the llamas spew spit on you?
The cliff in Caves & Cliffs indicates that the Mountains Update that you voted on last years will be included in this year's. We got a first look at the mountain goatthat will populate these mountains, and I love it, even though I feel it's a little too much. Although I'm not convinced a Dutch artist deliberately did this, he may get his revenge. Boerstra You win this round.
