Immersive Portals is an original mod released in the year 2019, but it's been updated regularly since. Fabric API is used to create the mod, which includes some cool features. The most obvious is the ability to see through portals, making everything seem more connected. Portals can be made vertical or in other shapes.
Mirrors can be used to create two-way portals overworld. You can also wrap the world with special portals that allow for infinite repeating of space for mind-altering effects. It depends on how you utilize it. However you can discover all the possibilities of using it on the mod's wiki.
