*ryali's is just in every build path as suggestion for dps item,
you can chose to skip it entirely to start building tank items
which is recommended since it's purchase delays those buys
*the build order is never set in stone
*Eve benefits greatly from building flat resistances because her ult gives her effective HP
so building something like Frozen Heart first against heavy AD auto attacking team
is a great choice because the aura it gives and all it's stats work great on her
e.g Flat Armor, CDR, Mana
*flex Items are items that you build situationally based on enemy team comp
e.g "...I'm facing a team of mixed damage,
they have something like Viktor that I consider
a huge threat and they have another AP top/jungle
so I'm going to build Abysall, but their ADC is Vayne
and their top/jungle is something auto attack reliant like Xin
so I really want Ninja Tabi over Merc's if they don't have
that much crowd control; then I'm going to build accordingly
how the game is going and what the threats on their team are,
I can also get tenacity from an elixir if I need it..."
