Why Apple?: I've always been a fan apple really, ever since I was introduced to the Ipod when I was a kid. And since then I've always admired the innovative technologies that have come out of Apple.. I personally own an iPad and just recently purchased iMac... and to be able to work and represent for one of the worlds most innovative tech company would be an absolute pleasure. I think it would be a great opportunity to self develop and to build experience.


Describe yourself: I'm Edward, I recently moved to Georgia from Florida. I consider myself to be very outgoing, a people person, I love socializing and having fun. And with that I decided to get into retail, and have been enjoying it ever since. I also consider myself to be very motivated and dedicated, I strive to become a better person everyday and with that, I try my best to be communicative, ask questions when needed, learn from every experience, and be open to criticism.

What is customer service to you?: Customer service means meeting the customers expectations, anticipating their needs, and providing them with a helpful and friendly experience so at the end they can come back.


How would you handle an unruly customer?: I personally haven't had the opportunity to deal with an unruly customer, however the way I would handle it would be... I would first choose to overlook their behavior, and try to understand what the problem is. I would reassure them that I would do everything I can to help them. After that, I would make sure that the customer would get what they wanted if it was possible.

What's your favorite Apple feature: I would say Final Cut Pro, it's really easy to get into and provides numerous amount of features for video editing. It's really helped me through school ha ha.

Where did you work: I worked for a small electronics store in Miami, Florida called V & S Technology, where I worked alongside 2 other employees. We mostly sold unlocked cellphones and international sim cards. For the most part, it was very easy and laid back. We didn't receive must traffic.
