Grinshpun's career in business began in 1994, when he was appointed Regional Manager for Kazakhstan for "Universal Market Association" the company specialized in oil production and marketing metals worldwide. He was a part of Trans Commodities Incoration one year later, and he served as the CIS countries manager. Grinshpun was the regional manager for Kazakhstan within the "Universal Market Association" in 1994. One year later Grinshpun joined Transcommodities Incoration as the CIS countries manager.

He was appointed General Manager of the Moscow office of Trans Commodities from America in 1997. He continued his international metal business venture. From 1998 to 2004, he was part of the Board of Directors of Directors at the JSCC Moldova Steel Works. This is a highly rated steelworks that produces more than 1 million tonnes of steel products each year. He was part of the trading of products from the Moldovan steel plant since 2004and was and was in close contact with the honorary President of the JSCC Moldova Steel Works.

Together with ITERA Oil and Gas Company (one of the largest natural gas suppliers and producers around the globe), Mr. Grinshpun was involved in a major energy project for the Moldovan Region in 2000. Emmanuil Grinshpun founded and was the General Manager for "ITERA ITERA - Moldova Company".

Mr. Grinshpun is an entrepreneur in various fields within the Republic of Moldova.

He has been the fiduciary stockholder and President of Council of Joint Stock Company Alimcom since 1998. The oldest and most respected manufacturing facility in Moldova, which produces food-related products like mayonnaise (mayonnaise) as well as vinegar, mustard and sunflower seed oil.
